Whoever the owner of this outlet, please train your staff to be polite and friendly. Your staff is rude especially the ladies. super slow service. I order online, self pick-up. waited 40 mins!! they clear order for panda/grab & walk-in customer. not cool!! [update] the photo is hot latte. ¾ full. is it because Tealive promo RM 5, so its not a promotion then. Pay less get less.

Last time I used the QR code to order COCOSM with Oreopcs, add pearls. After I get my COCOSM without pearls, and I need to walk-in to inform them. Then the second drink was coffee smoothie with coco lava Large. But they gave me is regular. This time I order 2 drinks (coco smoothie and sparkling lycee) the sparkling juice need to wait for 30mins, also didn't inform us. Just let us to wait. If I didnt walk-in to ask the staff, I think they will let me to wait it. And the Malay Boy staff also didnt wear mask. Very dangerous for...

Very rude staff. Ordered Rose Puer Tea but she keyed in Rose Puer Tea Latte. Informed that the order is wrong, she insisted that she repeated the order twice and I nodded.Whattttt??? I nodded when I heard Rose Puer Tea only without Latte words. It happens many times before especially when you order Rose Puer Tea or Jasmine green tea without sugar (they put sugar instead). Better go to other place that really listened...
