Me'nate Steak Hub (Seremban) — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I am very disappointed with my recent experience…Despite our group spending over RM1000, the service we received was highly disappointing. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:00 PM, and after confirming with a staff member named Emir (if I’m not mistaken) whether we could still dine in, we were assured that it was fine. He the one who have good attitude and i shall credit to him. We placed our last order at 10:16 PM and received our complete food shortly thereafter around 10:53 PM. However, as we were still eating, other staff members were insistently trying to close the restaurant even though it was only 11:00 PM. With no polite manners by saying a “sorry”, they have closed one of the shutters (causing my son feel afraid) and they all berkumpul like to show they all want to ‘halau’ us.

The early closing and rude behavior were unacceptable, especially given that we had already placed a substantial order and were still dining. The lack of consideration for our situation left a very negative impression and significantly marred what should have been a pleasant dining experience with the amount we have spent.

I have no issues with all foods at your restaurant, all good for me, but i have bad experience with your staffs attitude compared than other Menate restaurants that we had before. Even a single “thanks” we didn’t received on that night (except from the guy who greeted and assisted us). I hope you will address this issue to prevent similar experiences for future customers. We had to take away all our leftover foods. Don’t expect customers could finished their food within 10mins.

We came a bit early so the place is a little bit empty. Parking was also easy.

For the first timer (like me), you will be shown to your table and given a menu. Untuk beef and lamb kena pilih directly dekat chest freezer ada di depan kedai and a staff will assist you there. Anything else order dalam menu at your table. Untuk lembu, kambing, everything dah prepacked with grams and prices printed jadi boleh pilih to your liking. The wagyu ranges around 200-400. The angus is much more affordable around 100-200. Much cheaper option you can get is the lamb syabu which is at RM32/kg. Daging yang dipilih boleh pilih nak grill (FOC) or danok (RM10).

Kami pilih Lamb Syabu (1kg@RM32), Angus F1 Striploin (204g@RM102), Angus Ribeye (246g@RM110.21 + RM10 (Danok Cooking Fee)), Angus Burger (RM39.9), Honey Lemon (RM8.9), Berries Mango (RM9.9) and Mineral Water (RM2.9). Of all the things we had I really recommended the Danok cooking style. It was amazing. The grilled striploin is also pretty good. I guess if you want a tenderer(?) meat you have to go with wagyu or other parts of angus IDK I'm not very well versed in the matter. Just ask anything you want dekat staff they'll gladly answer all your questions.

All in all we enjoyed our food. Ambience was nice. Staff was really nice and witty especially the one serving us. They also have a point system that never expires so that's...

Dine here for farewell party. Place a booking in advance will guarantee you fast lane. Please ensure be there in time to avoid your table been released. Otherwise you may have to queue for table.

Coming to order, all smooth, for birds, meat and fish you have to go to the section to select your meat choice. Pricing based on per 100gm.

Food deliver to your table quite fast. Food coming faster than your drink....haha..Not too worries about the drink as there is a free flow of 'sugary' drink for you. Too manis lei...

Food presentation average. For price you pay, we would expect wow presentation. Look at the pic i share.

Nevertheless the meat is tender and sedap. Lamb is tender. I had premium steak danok. Meat tender but i dont like the sauce. Sweet chilli sauce. Not for my liking. Others had lamb rib, lamb shank, argus steak, mushroom soup spaghetti carbonara. No issues for other food. All is sedap

Overall, good experience, good ambience...
