MHR Burger's — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

My personal view and review:

Location : Batu 6, Port Dickson, Shoplot infront of Pets Store.

Parking : During Holiday season you might have difficulty to find parking, but weekdays there is no problem with the parking.

Food / Product : Western Cuisine mostly burgers

Staff : i could say, they have lack of manpower during peak days especially on Holidays. During normal day it could be OK.

Price : For me with the quality of burger & mushroom soup that i order, it could be a bit high price. Perhaps my taste not like other preferrence. So maybe you should try.

Seats / accommodation: indoor and outdoor available.

Amenities: Toilet available.

Environment: Indoor seat a bit stuffy, only available ceiling fan & no air-conditioning which make me wanna go out quickly after my meal.

As for service, the owner should think how to speed up the serving, especially during peak hour or holidays where a lot of customers.

With the uncomfortable & late service might resulted new customer might not repeat the visit.

They said if you come to PD you have to try MHR burger. They were closed on our previous visit so this time we can’t miss it! Took the kids for dinner here, surprise to see that they actually more options than just burgers actually. The place is spacious and clean. They have expanded to two shop lots with nasi lemak and pastas on the menu. We had to try the burgers so we ordered their beef cheese burger and fried chicken burger.

As a couple of burger enthusiast we were a bit disappointed with the taste of strong margarine but other than that we enjoyed the tenderness of their beef and the buns hold the burger well. The fries were the best part, really nice and still crispy till the end. Taste wise it was a good burger sans the strong margarine after taste. The kids loved their pasta and otak-otak. Will we come again next visit? Yes definitely, to try other things...

I believe this MHR burgers should enhance the taste of their food and drinks as the top priority, along with the ingredients used in their dishes. Currently, the food and drinks here are somewhat underwhelming, almost as if they are producing them half-heartedly. In the food and beverage industry, the most crucial aspect is to prioritize customer satisfaction before considering the financial aspects (prices). Think about it this way, if the food and drinks are very tasty, customers will undoubtedly praise them and recommend them to their friends. They will also come back for repeat visits.
