OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Seremban Prima — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

I arrived Old Town at Seremban Prima , on the 17/9/25 at approx 1845h to order some takeaways . I was firstly not greeted by anyone despite the restaurant being extremely quiet ( not a single customer was in the restaurant , I was the ONLY customer and yet there was a lack of initiative and enthusiasm to greet a walk in customer ) and when I requested to make an order, the lady appeared disinterested and proceeded to make her way to the counter ( she was a Malay lady with a headscarf) I proceeded to make my orders , and just as I was paying , I asked if I could make a minor change to one of my orders, to which she replied that she is unable to make any further changes / amendments . I was still in the midst of making payment ( waiting for my change$$) and she has not even relayed my orders to the kitchen staff . Despite so, I was not allowed to make any amendments . Following denying my request to make a change to one of my orders; she then walked to the kitchen to inform the kitchen staff re: my order requests

I am disappointed over her lack of enthusiasm and customer service as well as her lack of flexibility ( ie: carry out the change to one of my orders since the orders have not been relayed to the kitchen staff yet)

Regretted getting my dinner from Old Town today. Regretted more that I did not order my dinner from the neighbouring restaurants with more customers

Yesterday, we went to have lunch at Old town. A waiter there was very RUDE to a customer. The customer was carrying a baby, and the waiter was AGGRESSIVE. She pointed fingers at the customer’s face. She had to be held by her colleagues. The manager who witnessed this was the only one who offered an apology, but she seemed to be siding the waiter. That particular waiter’s behaviour was unacceptable. I understand that outside food isn’t allowed. All the customer left was a RECEIPT and a TISSUE. The waiter even yelled at the customer and she picked the receipt from the trash and gave it to the customer while they were arguing verbally. The customer had two other children with her. The waiter’s behaviour was dangerous. Oldtown pls...

We like to go to old town here.because.now shawn is here. Formerly he was in eon mall so we use to go there quite often but since now. shawn is here we prefer to go here with our family and friends. His public relationship is really good with customers. Most of our friends likes him very humble and friendly. Here we.cant see him as he is in the kitchen. Hopefully.he will be out to meet customers to explain and promote as how he did in eon mall 18 years ago. When he say this is nice immediately we.order because we know for sure it will be nice. He recommend to me the black seasame latte was so delicious. Now twice I went for it again at prima, there said no stock. Hopefully the stock will...
