DubuYo @ Seremban Prima — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

The food was on a scale of one to bad was VERY bad.... Last night the bachan side dishes were just cut cucumber and blanched soy bean sprout + shaved carrots, and tiny portion of kimchi.... We ordered the set for 2 but no roasted barley tea so we had to either choose plain water or add money for other types of beverages... This is the second this had happened... This is an act of SCAM by the restaurant since they should honor diners any drinks for free since they should ensure that they don't ran out on roasted barley tea. The soup was COLD and had nothing in it... It was like they just mix chicken cube with water.... The sundubu jiggae is getting watery and tasteless each time we came.... WILL NEVER PATRON THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO...

This was my first visit to Dubuyo, and while the food was superb, I was disappointed by the inconsistent portion sizes; my friend and I ordered the same dish, but the quantities differed significantly. The service was also slow, as it took a long time for staff to take our order, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Furthermore, when our food was delivered by a staff member named Eykaa, she placed it on the opposite side of the table, away from us, without a smile or friendly demeanor. I believe that in the service industry, it's essential for staff to smile, greet guests, and maintain a pleasant expression, regardless of personal issues. Quite frustrated. I came here many times before. I love the taste of certain menu here. And my family favourites is Spicy Seafood Ramyeon and Sondubu Jjigae. Lately, when I came (around two times) the colour and thickness of the stew have gotten different. Which is supposed to be red and thick in colour. When I ask the person in charge he said that I need to request if I wanted it to be according to my preferences. So I'm quite surprised by what he said because that was what the menu has shown. And if it really does, the waitress would be asking us how we want the gravy to be. I'm not a first-time customer though. I thought this kind of restaurant has its own standards to stick with.
