One should cane to seremban Town and eat these so call briyani gum . Seriously it is nice to been eaten when freshly served . NO joke . Shop is clean, food has NOT much of choice. Either nasi minyak , called as ghee rice or briyani gum . You would not believe the price . Un believable price seriously speaking .but one has to have patient as food is ONLY ready by 11am and depends on the crowd as they keep on cooing to serve fresh but don't go on Sunday as crowd is huge with foreigners going there .I went 2.30pm on Sunday food almost finish .got the last bottom from the pot but ok but nothing like eating freshly served at 11am . Price for 2 person with drink 18 which you can never get in kL at all as far I am concern. Most importantly taste is very nice they use...

Ordered a nasi briani ayam gam and a briani ayam madu and 2 TOAL. Price-wise, I would say good value for money as the nasi briani was actually quite a generous serving with a side dish of pickled cucumber and a dish of kuah, all for a total tab of RM22.10.

Taste-wise, somewhat bland as the usual and expected spices were missing altogether from the rice. Nevertheless, still good for filling an empty stomach.

However, what put me off about this establishment was the fact that the piece of ayam madu whole leg served was left out way too long before being cooked so much so that when I took a bite of the meat, my mouth was filled with the smell and taste of putrified meat. Most unpleasant to say the least.

This is my 3rd repeat eating out at Restoran Negeri. I am always here for the Biryani Dum Ayam. Quite nice meal for RM9 price. Had also bought capati which is priced at RM1.80 each. When open to eat at home, found the capatis are 3-4 days old and very dry, chewy like hardboard and it was not served with capati gravy but with roti canai gravy, which is bad. So really bad. Even animals won't be able to eat them. Had to throw them out. Not going to order anything else but only chicken Biryani if I patronize here . Very disappointed...
