And i asked him to recheck, how the progress of the order under my sis name. Unfortunately, the way he replied seems like, heās being so busy until didnt even have 5 min to checkk. And he said āno grab apa ye? Kita tktau, kita cuma buat order, klau order tk ambik atau lmbt, yg tu brgntung pd rider, kitorng bz, order bykā awkk, ye sy tauu tu slh rider, tp tk slh kan, check kan kjp, order nye mcmna progress, klau awk ckp kjp eh, kita check dulu, order dh siap cuma tunggu rider je, kn sng. Perlu ke jwb mcm terpaling bz? Smua fast food mmg bz wktu2 tuu, sy tauu. Bnda blh check kt atas delivery meja tu, order mana yg rider tk pickup lagi, apa smuaa. Aduhai. Texas, tlg train staff awk utk appropriate customer service. Kita tk hrpkn minta maaf, tk minta pun awk hntr order tu td, tk mrh ataupun maki awk tp the way awk ckp tu, mcm awk tk brminat langsung utk ambik tauu order cust awk. Sumpah...

Seriously Iām totally understand itās not easy to handle big crowds during public holidays, itās the work attitude! Workers face expression is like fed up working during public holidays, donāt care about the super long queue just handle it extreme inefficient way with super slow motion, dining areas is messy & dirty! Iām feeling like queue at 4th world country level. You are disappointed me seriously, end up Iām take my dinner at McDonaldās, super big crowds but I manage get my foods on table...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cashier in red shirt is not very helpful. A pregnant woman waiting in line and u ask her to order via machine when she already queing! Then when there is customer, u take their order while the pregnant woman still ordering from the machine. The order also take a long time when otherās people order already settle. The honey butter also look burnt not like usual. Since the order took ages, i ask for take away and with annoyed face, she did it but while slapping the paper plate unsatisfied while the customers are looking. Iām not sure why there is not guidance in how to serve the service towards customer here eventhough there is lots of complains. Overall, wonāt repeat buying...
