From good become terrible. First, staff doesn't correctly follow order (advertisement shows discount 40% for the new burger pizza but she insist not). Then supposely premium pizza (RM 68 ) turns out worst than regular. Putting lots of sauce is all they do now. See and compare the pictures. Burger pizza that you can't find much meat at all. Pizza dough also not well cook. When asked, staff insist this is the way the so called new double cheese burger pizza is it. Well done Domino you have this staff who so claimed 8 years of experience produce premium pizza like this. What an insult to customers.

I recently ordered from Domino's Bentong and found the pizza to be just average. The crust was decent, but the overall flavour lacked distinction. It's convenient for a quick meal, but if you're seeking something exceptional, you might want to look elsewhere.

i ordered pickup scheduled for 12noon, i dah create order since 10am+ i guess tapi i sampai store 12 noon still kena tunggu almost 25/30 mins lol. pizza n everything sedap je tapi try to make the service faster.
