KFC Kuala Lipis — Restaurant in Pahang

Ordered 17:04 estimated delivery 17:34. Waited till 18:00 call branch, they hang up my call a few times. Drives to the branch ask the order they said passed to the food panda driver. Ask for the contact of the rider or whoever to get in touch the staff say DUNNO. May I ask? If you don't know how would I know? Should you at least have their contacts? So in the end I WAITED in this branch for another foodpanda rider and ask the other rider for help. At this point the KFC staff manager btw goes to the back with staffs surrounding them talking... Hello! Does it look like issue settled? Anyhow back to the rider, so the rider found out who is the one sending my order and his in front of my house already. Of course I thank the rider coz it's really just a late order not that big deal. Problem is the KFC staff! 1. They should've pick up call at least tell me the order is with rider then I wouldn't have to go out for an order that should be sent to my house. 2. Please take note which rider took what order at least. What happens if the rider is in an accident or anything else. 3. KFC staff and manager pleaseeeeeeeee don't ignore customer in front of counter and goes to the back and talk. WHEN WILL THIS EVER CHANGE! WHAT IS...

Taste wise, it's equal to every other KFC. However, my sweet potatoes fries was a little soggy. Probably been sitting in the oven for a long time.

Service is below average. Very slow and almost chaotic. There is something strange with the system in small KFC eateries in Pahang. The cashier need to help out with the packing of food. Too many chef spoils the soup... With so many hands but so slow progress on the prep line. While the cashier is empty and made the customer wait for a long time without explanation.

For a fast food joint, even waiting for 5 minutes to place your order is considered a long time, especially if there is NO que, and you are made to wait for the cashier to take your order. The system definitely need improvement.

My husband stop by KFC on Lipis on July 23, 2020 to bring home our dinner. He bought a bucket of chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, slaw, and biscuits. The biscuits were so hard they could be considered a lethal weapon; the overcooked chicken sat in at least 1/2 inch of burnt oil in the bottom of the chicken bucket; the gravy looked like burnt blood; the instant potatoes were very dry; and the slaw was limp, how do you make limp slaw? I tried to call this KFC store and they did not answer. I have never experienced a KFC like this store, ever!
