Sep 2025: came back again, ordered just the egg and toast but the price is rm7 now. Still as tasty. Friendly folks here. May 2024: This is a morning place where all the Chinese senior citizens gather to eat and chit chat. You can find different types of noodles, toast, beverages and snacks. Toast and half boil eggs are decent. But the coffee is v good, thick and fragrant. I like it! Closed at night. Price paid rm7.70

The Chinese side of medan is only happening in the morning. If you are late and come here after 11am, you only have mixed rice to eat. But the mixed rice shop also does ready-cooked fried rice. Kuala Lipis food portion is big and almost double of what you get in Penang. If you are a small eater, can buy one for two persons 😅. Also, if you don’t mention small coffee, they serve big glass coffee by default.

Everytime I drive to Kuala Lumpur by using Gua Musang route, most probably I will stop here to have my lunch. There are a variety of food stalls for you to choose, but I recommend the economic rice stall, the food tastes good. The bad thing about this food court is the toilet not that well maintained and dirty. The scenery of looking through the railway is exhilarating.
