It's located at a house compound and literally has a homey vibe about it. It's an interesting eating environment but something different to try for sure. I found the food fairly average to be honest. Starting with the rojak, the fruits are fresh and the sauce generous. However, I prefer my rojak to have a pungent hit to the nostrils. There's an inadequate fermented shrimp taste to it that would've elevated the experience. The cendol ice kacang ice is fairly fine with enough coarseness to give it a crunchy bite. Can't compare with the snow like bingsu ice. However this is the traditional ice kacang ice shavings and I have no complaints. In hot humid weather however, you need to be quick otherwise you will need to drink it rather than eat it. Their laksa is quite average. It doesn't come hot so if you like hot soup, you will find it suboptimal. The taste is ok but a little light. All the taste flavours are there, just didn't give me the kick I expected of laksa. The noodles and condiments are adequate and the bowl is filling to the stomach.

Favourite asam laksa stop (rm3.5 or was it 4/bowl) You can actually see fish in the soup, noodles are tangy, soup is not too sweet (unlike the air itam market laksa which is insanely sweet) has pineapples, lettuce and onions with all the spices (no short cuts here) and you could add on a prawn cracker (rm1ish for each?) Top it off with ice kacang, and its a pretty dam good meal :) (i ate 2 bowls)

Hidden place for laksa and air kacang ๐Ÿ˜Š Small family business open the shop at they house. Easy to find it and can park the car nearby the temple. Good taste for laksa and air kacang when hot hot weather to cool down. No only laksa and air kacang here also have Rojak and other local food serve at there ๐Ÿ˜Š

Situated in a residential corner lot, it has no parking space, visitors have to park at the Chinese temple, and walk over. It is usually quite hot inside, as it only operates after lunch hours. However on a rainy day, it does get very comfortable. Visitors get to add on the cracker for a cost, but worth it. The laksa is considered to be nice around the area. Also the shrimp source is placed on every table for self-service, so no complaints if u can just add in whatever amount u want. It has also Ais Kacang n other dessert available. This place is good for hanging around and bite something for small group 2-4pax as the shop is not designated...
