Lobster Village Seafood Food Court — Restaurant in Penang

Hello everyone! Definitely NO to this shop!!!! This would be my first and last visit to the shop

Let me start what had happened today. We went there for eating and ordered the items. We ordered for 10 person eating. The lady took the order. We waited almost 1.5 hour, and we went to remind them again. We understand that, there were too many people. Yet we still be patience. Here begins the story, the food arrived. They only provide this much and the quantity is too less for 10 people. You can see clearly from the picture posted. This is a common sense. Then, I went there and shouted. How come you guys can provide such quantity and I ordered for 10 people. The lady who took the order were very rude. She told me she doesn't know and she buat tak tahu... And start talking nonsense. Then I told her neither u do something nor I will viral this issue in fb and etc. Then she called the chef and ask them.. What to do... And they come up saying nevermine we will add extra.and the lady we're so rude to the customer...

I would rate the food taste only for 3/10. After waiting for more than1.5hours. Do you think worth of waiting.??? 🙄 Guys!!!! Don't go there. If u really wana good food. Its not fulfilling today and we wasted our money! I can't put the review in fb since its off. So I'm putting it here.! Thank you.... Lobster village seafood and the management 😡 tolong improve. And be good to...

First time and last time here. Food taste is normal but very expensive. We ordered crab and ask for small size but we ended up with a super big size and charged us very high. Didn't even bother to come back and inform us upfront. The crab itself also not fresh. Meat was watery inside. Besides crab, we did ordered for kailan but ended up with cabbage. When we complaint, they said it's kailan, treating us as if we are stupid couldn't differentiate that the vege served is 'kailan'. When I informed them about the crab not fresh during pay bill time, didn't even bother to ask more about it. Just rushing to get my credit card only. No wonder not many people come compared to neighbor restaurant.

Everything bad👎👎👎👎👎👎 !Say NO to this shop service bad bad bad, I order kamheong crab taste like curry not good,the lady boss has been rolling eyes at us and we just turned the page when we were looking at the menu,and she turned back to the next page and looked like our recommend ation!And the receipt is a invalid receipt,too expensive,one coconut water sell Rm 8!!! The sink to wash your hand also broken ,when washing my hands,the dirty water in the flower pot also overflowed,dirty dirty dirty !!what's funny is you need to order at the entrance and you need to pay immediately when the food arrives.2crab ,kangkung, potato...
