They employ underage workers, and these workers appear to be subjected to bullying by the staff, who force them to perform tasks outside their job scope. In addition to physical abuse, such as kicking and punching, I also witnessed workers from a neighboring shop interfering when one of their staff members complained that the underage worker had not followed his instructions. Rasanya satu satu nya kedai CKT yg bukak malam raya ketiga area Alma, mungkin ada lagi tapi sy tak pasti. Kalau dh tau nk buka malam raya, kena pastikan staff cukup untuk menampung jumlah org yg dtg, orang mmg akan dtg sebab kedai tak banyak buka. tapi teruk sgt service. ambik order utk makan dan bungkus tapi tak buat pun yg bungkus, alasan nya sebab nk utamakan yg makan, apa benda mcm tu? kalau 1000 org dtg makan, sampai kiamat pun takkan dapat order yg bungkus. tolong lah fikir cara yg lebih efektif utk manage. kalau tak blh manage bungkus, ckp awal awal dgn customer yg tak ambik order bungkus. memang teruk. char kuey teow nya pun tak sedap mana. baik tak payah buka malam raya kalau tak blh manage. sy takkan dtg lagi sini, byk lg kedai ckt...
