Piii - Bukit Mertajam — Restaurant in Penang

Went to this shop when I saw some reviews in XHS. Ordered fried rice with crispy chicken chop. It is very delicious 😋, they are using Japanese rice (I think), so it's texture is tasty. Don't get me talking about the crispy chicken, it's superrrrrrr mouth watering when you look at it, even better when you eat it. Overall, good atmosphere with ample spaces. Expect me to go next time to try other menu.

Apps QR code order for dine in and takeaway which I find annoying and not so efficient fast. Take me 2 or 3 minutes to complete an order just 1 spaghetti for takeaway. And what happen to "thank you,come again" reply? No manners, so many staff just loitering in Counter playing phone. What a millennials management. I use to work as waiting staff for 10years at restaurants own by Hong Kong boss, this is money wasting management with not so...

A new restaurant in the block. Food price is reasonable and the fried rice taste is definitely great, got the good taste of ‘Wok Hei’. The milk tea is similar to the taste of Chagee, I would suggest to go for Large, Full Ice and the whole taste would be even better!
