Spade's Burger Bukit Mertajam — Restaurant in Penang

The burger is delicious, I love the burger there but the fries is just ok. The ambience is still nice, cleanness is acceptable, very quite place. Price is still acceptable and worth since the fries are too much for me, drinks are free to refill. The first time I visit there, the girl shout my name like I owe her something or I had done something that made her angry... When I visit there the second time, I saw her sleeping at the counter... A boy come and served us, and the others workers are just playing their phone... They don't said 'Welcome' and 'Thank you' when you walk in and walk out the restaurant. Overall, it's still ok, I just go there...

The kitchen said closed the on the operating time 9.50pm with open sign is on so don't come at this time, don't waste time

Come yesterday said kitchen close but shop is open... Because really want to have the beef burger come today again at others branch and they said they didn't sell beef patty now, out of stock (it also out of stock when I came on march) just wondering when will have beef patty, it already takes 5 months, btw on menu have beef patty (on grab also can choose for beef patty). If not plan to sell it just remove from the menu.

Foods were ok. Sadly services were super bad. Rude employee. My friend wanted to refill his drink but were treated rudely by one of the employee. The guy was sitting at the employee rest area playing his games on his phone. Our first visit & probably gonna be our last. Bad first impression. Instead of telling us to collect our food at the counter (as we dine in) he keeps pointing his hands towards the counter with angry face.
