Subway Lotus's Bukit Mertajam — Restaurant in Penang

Today morning (18/06/2024) I bought 1pcs of 6” breakfast chicken slice with drink. Then I came back around 7pm on same day, bought another 1pcs of 6” roasted chicken. I told the staff, one Malay girl that I wanted to redeem free cookies using morning receipt . I have done my survey and I wrote the offer code on that receipt, then she called another guy to ask help her. The guy came in and said with high voice that I cannot redeem the free cookies today as it was the same date, need to wait for tomorrow atleast. This was not my 1st experience, please higher management, properly teach your staff (that guy). I have been to your outlet many times, all those times, if the staff was Chinese ladies, she allowed me to redeem, but if the guy worked, I knew already he wouldn’t not allowed me to redeem free cookies if the receipt was same date. How come have different rule?? Plus on the receipt clearly wrote “WITHIN 3 DAYS” not “ONE DAY AFTER”...

Lotus alma branch did not follow instruction at all & as always. i bought it via GRAB FOOD & most of the time they DID NOT follow the instruction. so what’s the point of giving all the choices for people to choose? i’ve selected 5 dressings but they only give 1 or maybe 2 at most. Dear Subway/manager of that branch, please train your worker harder LOL. The quantity received is not enough. I ordered four catering boxes (each box contains 3 footlongs, which means each box will have 6 pcs of six-inch subs, multiplied by four boxes, it should be 24 pcs of six-inch subs).
