Youngman 21 Char Koay Teow 炒粿条 — Restaurant in Penang

Wow, great wok hei and I was very pleasantly surprised with this young man's CKT. He and his wife operate this little stall at the back of the cafe and its delicious.

Very firey and great flavour with perfectly cooked Hor Fun noodles too. Juicy and large prawn too.

Can't say the same about the Kopi Pheng which lacked lustre and perhaps I shouldn't have asked for KURANG MANIS!

Worth finding out about this kopi tiam, next time I want to try the Kuay Teow...

This is definitely one of the better tasting char koay teow you can find. I love that the koay teow is at a tasty moisture and oil level.
