The Party of 14 had an awesome seafood dinner here, as it was highly recommended by a close friend of ours. Although it was a good 30 minutes drive from our hotel, and we are not very familiar with Kuala Sepetang, which was used be called Port Weld in the olden days, everybody was satisfied with this chosen venue, and some are already talking about planning a second visit!!🤭🤭 This is the only malay owned seafood restaurant located in an area fully recognised as a chinese dominated fishing and seafood business area. We were reminded to preorder our food, to ensure freshness and timely preparation. True enough, the crowd was quite big when we arrived, but our dinner was served just within 15 minutes! We had ordered the excellent crabs with salted egg, which is the chef's specialty, steamed ikan siakap, jenahak( sea bass) curry, which meat was so fresh and firm that those curry lovers kept praising non stop, fried calamari, chili prawns, and some vegetables. The choises were all spot on, and we ended with happy tummies!!😋😋😋 I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my family members and close friends, as they also provide a special private room for a pax of 25, complete with a karaoke set, for events and private...
Read moreBad service. Have to stand to make an order more than 30 minutes. The rule irrelevant ask cust to make all order at the seafood counter and the same worker do the cashier. U have to wait other cust to “shopping” their seafood first then only u can get ur turn. The food super awesome, the price quite pricey. Note to owner change ur order SOP or else u will always get bad review on service. U can’t simply put on the board said “harap sabar menunggu, kalau tak sabar kena sabar la...
Read moreThe food was not overpriced like the chinese restaurant located in close proximity. The fish is fresh. The choice of vegetable is limited tho and it gets overcrowded at the ordering and payment counter at peak hours. The wait for the food was kinda long so patience is important. The ketam bunga served here is not very ' meaty ' hence dont have high expectations on the portion. The salted egg dishes are quite buttery. All- in - all, it is still worth a try given the freshness of...
