Izzat Steamboat & Grill — Restaurant in Perak

I had my Iftar here on Saturday, 29/03, after returning to my hometown and passing by this restaurant. Since I really enjoy steamboat food, I was drawn to try it. After making my payment, I was seated at an outdoor table. I was impressed to see a Bumiputera entrepreneur running such a successful business. Here are some observations that I hope the management will consider:

1. The outdoor seating area was quite hot and smoky due to the grilled lamb, meat, and fried kway teow dishes.
2. The smoke made us feel uncomfortable and sweaty, and since our table was placed close to the grilling station, our clothes absorbed the smell of smoke.
3. During iftar, I felt more waitstaff were needed, as I had trouble several times calling for tom yum soup refills and gas replacement.
4. I would recommend that the management consider renting large portable air conditioners or coolers to improve the comfort of dining outdoors.
5. I believe the pricing for food should be reconsidered, as the outdoor dining area is hotter and affected by the smoke from the grilling stations, making it less comfortable compared to the indoor seating.

I hope the management can take these points into account to enhance the dining experience for customers and ensure fair treatment for those seated outside. Thank you for the beautiful fireworks display. I believe you can do even better in future.. ,...

Not too overcrowded , Sejuk Dan nyaman , as for the grilling place kinda big compared to big franchise such as bbq town and other steamboat place around Malaysia . Since datang dari shah alam , my expectations kinda high since takde persaingan around teluk intan , first of all , daging perapan sangat masam like did you guys put vinegar inside the marination? , stop using vinegar inside the marination for protein , it ruining the last after grilling , teramat masam , Please study back about the seasoning and proper ingredients to make your food taste delicious , second , for ready to eat food , my father and I , nak ambil meatball with black pepper sauce and guess what , there's only 7 pieces for the customer ?? The workers doesn't check the quantity of food ??? The pudding inside the fridge , Tasteless . Even my taste buds can't processing anything . Lastly , there's no thank you or welcoming the customer when they entering or leaving the restaurant . So please improve your quality and quantity , balancing it with good food and good marketing strategy . And the owner please take note on about customer opinion instead of doing TikTok video to promoting your restaurant...

the food is tolerable but the marinade and the whole sauce is a bit salty. the shrimp are quite big too. all small clams. frozen round squid not fresh squid. the atmosphere is quite clean and cool because there is an air conditioner provided as well as a cooking smoke extractor on top of the steamboat stove. there is ice cream, fruit rojak and mixed rock ice that you have to make yourself. children under 6 years old eat free. adults will be charged a fee of RM39.90 sen. there is also mobile sushi and...
