We are back to this Seafood Village Restaurant located at the Teluk Intan town. The first dish was amazing good deep fried wild fern 'paku' coated with salted egg yolk. So delicious, crunchy indeed. Next was the fried egg beancurd topped with mince and preserved vegetable. Clams sautéed with bean sauce was truly tasty. Steamed garupa fish with homemade brown sauce was good too. Deep fried mantis prawn with buttermilk floss was down perfectly crisp. We had two plate of poached greens too and a sautee roasted pork that we brought over from prayer. The ambient is decent, especially for a restaurant with long history, which I believe it was one of the biggest restaurant in olden days. Air condition was on eventhough there is less customer, which added point to the restaurant.
The food was surprising cheap or rather to say that reasonable for a big restaurant. And the food taste great too.
We ordered 4 dishes meals which includes fish, chicken, veggies and taufu for 5 pax and it only cost us less than rm15 per pax and the food portion was just nice.
