Lalizen who is the cashier at the counter keep stopping people to order from the Kiosk. Reason being is because so that they can tell you what are the available items and those unavailable they will just tell you "NO MORE" instead of preparing it so that they could go back early. I understand that but it's only 11pm (they close at 12am) and you already start doing this?! Hello, KFC should really look into this matter as all these culture will just draw your businesses away. At about 11.30pm, thinking to purchase some snacks, this Lalizen keep stopping me and says order at the counter instead of Kiosk so that he can tell me if it's available (but if you order from Kiosk, they can't cancel your order and have no choice but to prepare the order).
