KFC Teluk Intan — Restaurant in Perak

Lalizen who is the cashier at the counter keep stopping people to order from the Kiosk. Reason being is because so that they can tell you what are the available items and those unavailable they will just tell you "NO MORE" instead of preparing it so that they could go back early. I understand that but it's only 11pm (they close at 12am) and you already start doing this?! Hello, KFC should really look into this matter as all these culture will just draw your businesses away. At about 11.30pm, thinking to purchase some snacks, this Lalizen keep stopping me and says order at the counter instead of Kiosk so that he can tell me if it's available (but if you order from Kiosk, they can't cancel your order and have no choice but to prepare the order). Terrible service and the way he tells customer off. I am surprise where is the manager of this outlet? If the manager is around and he/she should notice about this and shouldn't let this happen! I order thru website for self pick up. They said can pick up after 50 minutes. I came after more than 1 hour. The order not even prepare yet. Not even 1 item. They just lay my order receipt on the pick up area. The place not even pack with customers. No queue at counter or self order kiosk. Just got 2-3 tables occupied. They still don't do my order even when I asked for it when I first arrived. They only start doing it after I make complaint. Then what is the purpose of online order? Really...

Bad experience ever in this kfc outlet because of the staff attitude. I get exchange of drumstick with wings everytime when I purchased in any outlet but the staff told me they can’t do it for me.
