While their fried chicken is indeed quite good, I find the lack of spices doesn't made them stand out among other well made fried chickens. The same cannot be said about their spicy sambal which was exquisite while the texture of their rice is acceptable. I also find the cuttlefish sambal to be lackluster. The main problem with Chinese styled cuttlerfish sambal is the usage of soaked cuttlefish. For best result use the dried version.
