Hotel room is nice except the Wi-Fi which suck to the max. The hotel allow only one device per one person and per one day. The hotel doesn't care about those customers wanted to use both laptop and phone respectively. Booked Family Suite Room which is spacious and have 3 air conditioners and 2 Television in one room and a living hall. The TV was very big but only have local channels, no Astro in the room. The Wi-Fi was very fast but disconnect all the time. First time cannot connect, stuck at Obtaining IP Address. The Wi-Fi is not convenient for those have more than the capacity of them. We are able to use our phones during the stay. Last time we stayed at GKH ( Grand Kampar Hotel ) which the hotel allow everyone to connect their Wi-Fi. Kampar Boutique Hotel's is very fast but GKH slower which still very convenient for us to use with all the devices. This is my first time went to this hotel that they allowed occupied to use the Wi-Fi. This is the 2nd time we went to this hotel. During the first day, we asked for the Wi-Fi password, until then the reception said that Wi-Fi is not ready yet. Only the Wi-Fi near the reception area can use the Wi-Fi. This is the 2nd time and I won't be going to this hotel again which the hotel management don't allow guest to use their hotel Wi-Fi. When I check in, unable to connect, asked the reception who is YANI said she doesn't know how to use the Wi-Fi. The reception should know how to operate the Wi-Fi. Never ever go to this hotel if your data is unable to use around the hotel area. Even the new outlet also follow the same rule of Wi-Fi. First bad experience with Wi-Fi in this hotel. The housekeeping didn't check the drawer which we spotted a small tissue in the drawer. The Air Conditioner is very cold.
Please like this review if you agree that the hotel should change the settings of Wi-Fi from using password to connect Wi-Fi instead of key in the Wi-Fi voucher code to the web captive portal. Complaint to the hotel about the Wi-Fi, they said they are unable to follow the customer's feedback. We went to every hotel, no issues with hotel except this hotel. Have to key in the Wi-Fi Voucher Code. What if disconnect need to key in again then there is a problem. Don't go to this hotel if...
Read moreRead moreI spent one night with my mom here in this hotel. It was rm105 for twin beds. To be fair, the room is clean and air cond is cold. Nothing else to shout out. The toilet design is poor. After a shower, the whole toilet floor will be wet. The air ventilation is very noisy. You have to switch it off for peace of mind. It is near to cemetery and my hotel view is cemetery. This is small problem only. The reason I gave 1 star because of the bad service from the hotel front desk. both me and mom can’t charge our hp with the 2 wall plugs that near to our bed head. We were so tired and all we want was to sleep. It was almost 12 midnight. However after charging for 10 mins, we realize our phone battery didn’t seem increasing and worse the battery % decreased. I called the front desk about the problem, and ask to change the room. She told me all room are fully occupied. She came up with her charger head and commented no customers previously complained about charging problem. She tried to blame back it is my charger head or my hp problem. Omg. Later we found there is another wall plug for the kettle a bit far from bed. So I charged my phone and it works fine but only 1 power plug Ok.. This brings inconvenience to us to rely on that wall plug to charge our 2 phones. Next morning, during check out, I asked another front desk lady to confirm whether the hotel is really fully booked/ occupied. She told me there were 4 big rooms are available. Omg, they have the room but they lied to me. Such a poor hotel service. No apology from both 2 front desk ladies as they still express in a way that it is my problem. I won’t come back to this...
Their front desk service was very bad The room had a very strong smell of smoke Asked to change the room but they refused. Just got a staff to spray air freshener But the smell was still very strong and I am an asthmatic so I still couldn't compromise on such treatment. Afterwards, I talked to a Chinese woman(wearing a spec) at the front desk and asked to change the room again. She was very arrogant, not only did she not admit that she had an attitude problem, but after agreeing to change the room for us, she also refuted our bad attitude towards her. Excuse me? We wanted her to go upstairs and smell how strong the room was, but she said we didn't treat her like a human being, she felt she was being humiliated(like a dog,she said). "You can go to our room and smell it... it smells really bad." That's what we said. But she felt insulted. I'd say if your understanding is that low and your psyche that fragile, you're not fit to survive in the service industry. Eventually even after coming to our room to take us to a new one, she had to complain about us treating her badly 🙂 You can imagine how outrageous this Chinese women receptionist was
I think she still remembers...
