I stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed by its unique and beautiful design. The overall ambiance is modern and fresh, making it a visually pleasing place to stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants and a KK Mart nearby, and plenty of free parking spaces available.
However, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. My room was on the highest floor (third floor), and the noise level was unbearable. During the day, the indoor sports facility opposite the hotel was filled with loud cheering crowds. At night, the situation got even worse. A pub or karaoke bar located behind the nearby Starbucks blasted music at an extremely high volume until past 2 AM. I struggled to sleep the entire night, resorting to pressing a pillow against my ears.
I genuinely wonder how the nearby residents cope with such extreme noise pollution. Has no one complained? Isn’t this a violation of public peace regulations? Have the authorities taken any action? If the hotel does not take measures to address this noise issue, it will undoubtedly affect its business. No matter how beautiful the hotel is, if guests cannot get a good night's sleep, they...
Read moreWe stay in Ipoh for 3d2n. The first night was ok. Just the room is too small for 4 of us, 2 adults 2 kids.
So we plan to book the room beside us the next day as it was adjoining to the room we stayed. We came back from escape park in the late night, around 10pm, we tried our luck to book the room, however, the staff told us the room is empty but hadn’t been cleaned. I told him i would like to rent the room, can they arrange to clean up? He said no, as housekeeper already left. Although we are disappointed, but no choice.
However, the night came till 12:50am, I heard noises from the next room. A family check in to the next room beside us. Wtf? The staff said not available, how come ppl still can check in? The neighbour check in the midnight, and they weren’t considerate at all, talking loudly, kids crying and shouting, dropping things on the floor. I made the complaint to the reception at 1am. Until 1:20am I only heard the phone rang beside the next room.
How come the staff allow late check in at this time? It’s really make the customer feel bad as really annoying to...
Read moreThe hotel has a nice ‘western cowboy’ feel about it with the wood flooring and the deco. Lives up to the ‘boutique’ expectations! The front desk is very helpful, efficient, and polite. I love the security feature at night where the front door to the hotel requires the keycard to open. The bed was good and firm, bathroom wide and spacious, and generally the room is clean. Some stain on the large sofa (which could double up as a bed) and power sockets are limited. I actually missed the water heater switch and maybe it would be useful to put a sign in the bathroom or on the switch to say ‘turn on X-min prior to use’.The hotel is located on the ‘bubble tea’ road where there are lots of bubble tea brands! There is a kopitiam for a variety of food at low prices, an izakaya and one or two cafe-type eateries for quieter conversations.Good experience and would recommend it...
