very bad experience. i am a regular at this branch. tonight was disappointed. ordered a smoky grill beef burger thru drivethrough and was told to wait aside. i waited more than 20 minutes while the other vehicles who arrived after me got their orders and left. i was forced to walk to the drivethrough receive counter and ask for my order. to my surprised the counter staff told me they have no time to send my order over. can u imagined i have to walk all the way to the receiving counter, endangering myself to get my food? the manager in charge told that counter staff not to give me over the counter and walk to my car and give to me. she has the cheek to tell me lies that my burger is special hence it took so long. no...

SO DECEIVING & THE WORST! 😡 When I order through the app, there will always be people from the store calling me to say that "The delivery man will come later but I am gonna put your order as delivered because we have a timer here and if there's anything please call this number." I didn't agree to it, I blatantly call what they are doing is WRONG, but she still put my order as DELIVERED and now I CAN'T TRACK my order on the app and it has been more than 35 minutes and I HAVEN'T gotten my food yet. Tak baik TIPU2 service macam ni, it is 2022 and you're still doing this to decrease your service time? To show your 'fake' efficiency? Please do better, I won't order from you again! Went to the drive-thru to pick up my order, but the staff at the order and payment window was very rude. When I wanted to add another item, she said “cepat sikit ada kereta belakang” in an unfriendly tone and even sighed after taking my order. Even though the car behind had just arrived.
