Very disappointed with the service here. No staff at the counter. The staff were at the back while i waited at the counter and they just noticed after few minutes. No welcome greetings as soon as they see a customer and didnt say sorry for making me waiting.
The staff didnt even smiling when took my order. She didn’t even say thank you when giving the receipt and cakes. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer.I kindly request that you address this issue with the staff and take appropriate action.
Also please update your cake chiller. Dont display the cake tag when the items are not available. It will confuse the customer.
