Burger King Tropicana Avenue — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

I visited this outlet to order take away dinner on the night of 20th Feb. I didn't realise I dropped my wallet in the store. There were 3 staff working that night, one lady and 2 gentleman. When I realised I had dropped my wallet about 10 mins after, and went back, the malay lady at the front counter immediately returned my walle telling me her colleague found it on the floor at the table where i sat waiting for my order and asked me to check to ensure all content was intact. All the cash a few hundred worth was still there together with all my cards. I was so thankful and amazed at the level of professionalism and honesty by this team of 3 amazing individuals. Well done to the entire team 👏 You guys truly amaze me and are a fine example for today's generation...

Great Ambience, But Service Needs Improvement**

The ambience at this Burger King outlet is pleasant, as always. However, the service at the counter could be much better. The first order was slow, which seems to be a common issue across many Burger King locations.

I specifically informed the staff member that I would collect my ice cream after finishing my meal, and they acknowledged this with a nod. Yet, when I picked up my order, the ice cream had already been prepared. When I reminded them of my request, they simply nodded again without offering an apology or explanation before taking it back.

I had delivery for spicy tendercrisp chicken burger with onion rings. The chicken was unevenly salted and was not crispy. Portion is small. I asked if they could include onions, but i guess not since there is a RM1 charge for extra onions on the order list. I counted that there were only 5-6 onion rings and thus it cost rm1+ per ring. Wow. After finishing both portions I am still hungry even though I do not have a voracious appetite. I think the food preparation and portions need improvement if BK is to compete with KFC and McDonald’s within the vicinity. My favorite chicken burger will still be McDonalds (now I know, BK) and they make a nice crispy one at the Petronas...
