CHAGEE @ DA Square — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

I had a frustrating experience at DA Square today. I purchased a drink over RM 35, which qualified me for an Meow Meow pin according to the promotion. At checkout, I specifically requested the Meow Meow themed cup, but the female staff member did not inform me that the cup was only available for large-sized drinks. Thankfully, another staff member was kind enough to provide the cat cup and an eco-friendly bag.

However, regarding the pin, that femalestaff confirmed it was available and even marked it on my receipt. After I paid, an “Out of Stock” sign was placed for the pins, and I did not receive one. When I asked about it, the staff did nothing to resolve the issue, refused to check previous receipts, and displayed a less-than-helpful attitude.

If the pins were unavailable, the receipt should not have indicated that I was eligible to receive one. This lack of communication and organization was very disappointing. I hope the store can improve its customer service and ensure better clarity in its promotions...

This is a first and unique store where semi-auto handcraft drink took 1 hour+ to prepare. The working staff have no teamwork as can be seen, e.g. the one busy crafting the drink while other staff in counter and dispenser area were doing nothing. The service team operation is failed and service is lousy. The funny part was a dispenser staff took their own sweet time gently open the paper bag, put in tissue and straw then WAIT the beverage ready in front of him, this is not end, he detailed check the order number and the number called was STILL WRONG!!!! WAHLAO...this WIN liao lor. I didn't see a manager managing the crowd and no one was care to improve the waiting time. I will NEVER go back to Chagee. We should be deserved better place to enjoy our time...

This is one of the most ridiculous Chagee outlet. The service team is the worst. They show no desire to serve you. I experienced lengthy wait for one to ask me what I would like to order. I understand that there is a numbering system to notify pick-up of drinks later but the wait for the team to prepare the drinks for you is devastating. The service team's discipline is outrageous. One fat guy can hop in and out of the counter like a robber trying to rob the outlet. Another is lying on one of the seat with his shoe tangling on his foot while playing on his phone. The nice ambience is rudely disrupted with loud laughter and talks from the counter. I like Chagee as a brand but this outlet...
