Worst food ever. Menu description is totally different than what is served on your plate. I ordered tangdi kabab and was served Half cooked chicken drumsticks with malai. Papadi chaat is a joke. They served some papadis sprinkled with curd and tomato sauce with boiled chana. Malai kofta was horrible too. Tasteless and not cooked properly.

No manager on the floor place is run by waiters and standard answer is that ‘we prepare the dishes like this only’ and ‘description in menu is different but this is our preparation. Hardly an answer you are looking for when you are going to spend a good amount on so called North Indian food. On top of this if you are driving you will have to take valet parking as no parking is provided by the restaurant, unlike many others.

Must avoid if you are someone who put a value on the dollar amount you spend.

As someone quite familiar with North Indian cuisine I am never going there again.

The travel guides and food bloggers can go there for free food and write great reviews. You can see most of the 5 star reviews are posted by ‘Local Guides’.

While office or group parties can ignore the quality of food and service as their objective is different.

Foreigners who have never tasted North Indian cuisine or do like to try it occasionally either may choose to get bluffed here or can look for better restaurants there are few really good ones. Dear Mr Owner, With your lengthy post you have just proved my point so please continue being happy wit your 80% good feedback that is mostly coming from Local Guides and Food Bloggers who are in business of writing reviews for a reward or naive foreigners who are eating North Indian cuisine for the first time. I’ve eaten three times here (dine in) during lunch since you relocated to this building. Two out of the three occasions you served me uncooked chicken.

Today I’m reviewing you as a restaurant operating in a mixed commercial building with residents and families living under the same roof.

Reckless customers blocking residents exit drive way. Very often you allow your customers to recklessly appeared in the middle of the drive way and without paying attention to the passing cars in the building drive way. They also often gather at the driveway and block the passageway. These were mostly customers from your function/ special event area.

Irresponsible parking by the buses engaged by you to bring in diners. Today at about 6-7pm, there were two tourist buses that were carrying diners to your restaurant. Both buses parked in a very irresponsible way and endangering the residents exit. There is no way cars exiting from the building can see the incoming traffic whether from the left nor right. Both the buses blocked exactly half the road right in front of the building. One of the bus drivers even showed his middle finger when asked to park away his bus.

Lobby parking bays You occupied all the lobby parking bays for your VIP customers without even one left for the residents emergency use. How can you be so greedy? You even have your staff to chase away any cars that attempted to temporarily stop next to the parking bay when your restaurant is hardly full in the afternoon and none of your VIP parking are occupied.

From Puchong we looked forward to having a great meal for New Year with family on 1.1.2020 ONLY to be DISAPPOINTED.

When we arrived around 8.15 pm , it was fairly busy, we sat at our table 10 and the table in front of us was vacant . A tall waiter took the order. He screwed-up the order when he failed to key in the order on time , no proper supervision and matter got worst when more customers walked in.

We were made to wait for our food 1 hour 10 minutes. It was very unbecoming to see the waiters moving around totally caring less why food was still not served on Table 10, they were now busy serving food to the table in front of us , for customers who came in much later after us!

We had little choice but to press the button more than once on our table for clarification on what was happenning to our order.

Finally, first plate of mutton briyani arrived, it was dry and cold. When we asked the waiter why we are being served with a dry and cold mutton briyani( which honestly looked more like one kept for long at the counter) he agreed and apologize and brought a replacement and our second plate of mutton briyani ( this time a moist and hot briyani).
