We decided to host a birthday party here and it was definitely a great choice for the kids! We took the 3 hours play time option, but in the end it was still wasn’t enough for the kids. Place is clean and the room assigned to host the birthday party was comfortable with air conditioning. Kids had a blast with all the activities. We also hired a host to facilitate the activities. Our host was Izz and he was extremely helpful, friendly and dedicated to guide the kids throughout the play with patience and ensuring that the party goes on without a hitch. And all the kids were aged 9-10, but birthday girls’ little brother was only 5, but Izz was mindful to include him in every activity they conducted, which we appreciate very much. The food options were acceptable (finger foods) and tasty for the kids. Outside food is allowed (we catered some foods) but subject to a surcharge, but very reasonable considering other similar outlets do not allow this. Things to improve? Perhaps ventilation system, not sure how this can be done but it can be pretty hot from afternoon onwards. Overall we received fantastic service from the team and kids/parents who attended were also very pleased.Location wise is also very convenient, but during peak time parking may be abit overcrowded.

I use to work here in 2014. It's pretty much the same except for some small things they added and change due to covid. They open everyday 10am-6pm. Rm45 for 2 hours. The good thing about the place is.. it's a fun place during ur first few times. U can sweat alot there. Try some flips at the airbags. Great people to work with. There are party rooms to hold events. Cafe to have a drink or snack and seating area to wait for ur kids. The bad thing about it.. It can feel very stuffy and hot there. There is no aircond. Just fan and open air. The foam Pitt is no longer foam cubes, it's airbags for hygiene reasons, the high performance trampolines got dirty over the years and generally I feel the place has not been maintained well. I can only assume from a business perspective that it's not worth spending the money to maintain when business has slowed down over the years. And 1 last thing from a photographer point of view, the black ceiling at the party room. If u know, u know.

Entrance fee is Rm28 per hour. One hour is enough for a good workout and cardio for sure. I was pretty much dead at the 30min mark. There are couple of sections in this place. First there is a training area where they teach you the rules and basics of jumping and landing properly on a trampoline. Then there is a small futsal court and a kids playground beside it. If you're bringing a group of 6-10, there's a dodgeball area where you can throw the ball and jump around. Definitely worth it. In the first round, you might get tired 🥵🥵 from all the jumping. There is a high performance jumping arena where the trampolines are much tighter and stronger allowing you to jump at the higher height. And you can climb on walls (like in Step Up Revolution). Very cool. All round it's a pretty cool place to have a good workout, activating all your muscles and working out muscles you never knew existed😂😂

There was an incident where a parent bully attacked a child from our group today. Despite apology for the unintended incident by the boy to the girl’s mother earlier, the little girl continued to dramatize the whole incident and both parents completely traumatized the innocent poor boy who was left defenseless. He didn’t even realized the ball had bounced off the girl. Staff witness said the ball just hit the wall and bounced off her. But it’s a dodge ball court!! And you’re supposed to dodge or get hit anyway🤦‍♀️ When I intervened to say sorry, the man threw a dodge ball in full force onto my face. I’m missing many details here of course. The staff at Jumpstreet who was the host of our group did nothing but allowed the whole incident to spiral to such aggression. How can they allow a man bully to walk into a ball court full of kids and verbally and physically attacked kids and women. It is completely unsafe. And worst off, I then requested for the cctv clips. When I played the clip, we can hear the staff racial slurring Cina Babi in the video. It’s my first and last time to this cowboy town. When the kids were thirsty around 630pm and wanted to purchase some ice cream and water, they said cannot Cos they already closed the system 😱😱can’t even do business 😅I’m not one to pick a battle, but I am definitely one to defend a defenseless boy from an unhappy little girl who complained excessively to her parents, and then wired her parents to dagger stare , yell and hit me and incessantly yelling at somebody else’s child for over 20 mins not once but twice!! This is not the response of mentally nor emotionally normal parents in my opinion. And the little girl smirking behind, I’m shocked. I tot such a nice looking girl but boy did she fool me . So I have learnt, that we should not be partial to our kids without knowing...

It's not a very big place and doesn't look well maintained as some parts were cordoned off as trampoline were not working along with the velcro. Very bad ventilation hence, it's very HOT and HUMID.

The place tends to get crowded so do watch out and guard your own children as there is minimal supervision or facilitation from the staffs, we met a lot of very rough and impolite kids. Even though we were in a group of younger and older kids, a group of young ones that came with the birthday party were snatching the balls from us (yup, with adults present) when we were playing dodgeball. A staff did intervene when he saw it, but another group just came and did the same.

The place just feels very crowded, hot and unruly with lots of Koreans. I had a young Korean girl shouted at me with bright red angry face (in Korean so I wasn't sure what she was saying) because I sounded her when she almost bumped into me at the bouncy castle. She was running into the bouncy castle very quickly with a group hence, the force of the run almost caused me and my daughter to fall off.

And they limit the Zipline due to larger crowd (plus a birthday party crowd), we managed to went once as we...
