If you are reading this, you can't possibly imagine how joyful I am when I got back my repaired sneakers here.

This sneaker was a gift from my special one. It looks good on me and most importantly, it feels very comfy. Been wearing it occasionally for the last 5 years especially during my overseas trips.

Even its a Prada, there is a limit to its durability. Eventually, it was in very bad shape. Its very easy to just get a new one but I just love this pair, due to its sentimental value.

Decided not to throw it away. So been asking around most of the "reputable" shoe repairers. Sadly, all of them gave me the same answer i.e. nothing can be done, despite the fact that I am willing to pay the cost.

Saw some reviews about this place. Hopeless but decided to give a try. The repair cost is not cheap, to be fair, approx~ 10% of the original price. And it took quite abit time for the repair. The picture shown the end result. I should have take a "before" picture to show its drastic difference.

So, if you have same problem like me, please, just ignore all those "reputable" shoe repairers, that you heard/read, in klang valley and come here instead. So long as you have the patience and willing to pay the cost, I am pretty sure you can resurrect your that beloved but dead...

Sent 2 pairs of shoes (flats & heels) for repair here and was very happy with the outcome.

The outer soles of my 5 year old leather flats were falling apart, and Jamie did a superb job customising new Vibram soles for the shoes. Due to the slightly higher cost for sole replacement (~RM 120) he was transparent in mentioning that it might not be worthwhile to repair - but seeing as the leather upper was still in good shape and the shoes were a birthday gift, we proceeded with the repair.

For me, the repair cost is definitely justified by the quality workmanship. This fix will probably extend the life of my flats for another 4-5 years (hopefully!).

I didn’t specify when I needed the shoes by, so I didn’t mind that it took a couple of weeks to be ready. That said, if you’re looking for a quick repair job, this might not be the place for you. The first time I came a week before CNY holidays, he was unable to accept new repair jobs, so avoid the festive season if you can :)

Will definitely be back to send more of my treasured shoes...

Came here after seeing good reviews to fix a simple pair of heels from Milliot & Co, that the sole came off after 3 wears. My first mistake was to come on a Saturday, cause parking was impossible. After talking to the owner, I dropped off my shoes and he said would take about a week. Told him to whatsapp me when done. A week later no update, so i whatsapp him instead. I parked my car around 1050am on Thursday, and the shop is locked. Alright, i waited until 1105am, still no one. Called his mobile and sent him a whatsapp message, no response. Waited until 1115am, it's finally open.

Got my shoes back in good condition, got charged Rm30 which I think is ok. But the parking... And the fact that its Rm3 when I only came here for 30 mins, and how hard it is to find the parking... And well how you have to follow up with owner to ask about your shoe... If you don't mind these little inconveniences, it's a good cobbler, for me... There won't be...
