Today I confirm my booking at the Pacific Towers PJ, the staff requires that I pay up front $100.00. I did inform him/her via WhatsApp that I will pay when I turn up. Without informing me in advance she/he allotted my room to another person and my booking cancel. I turned up as promised besides there were no one there(it was operated remotely) to receive me and I had to ring her and then she told me my room was allotted to someone else and my booking cancelled. It was a bad experience, and I had to spent additional money to transport myself to another hotel. What a horrible experience besides I had a few luggage to carry. So I rate it One Star. BE CAREFUL FOR SCAM! We booked a homestay here thru agoda, then the night before the day we supposed to check in, the staff property told us the room was unavailable and there are other people already paid to have our room. SUCH STUPID BEHAVIOUR. THE AUDACITY OF THEM TO TELL US THE ROOM IS UNAVAILABLE AND THEN PUT SMILEY EMOJI AFTER THAT LIKE ITS NOT BIG ISSUE. But in Agoda the booking is already confirmed. Then the property didn't want to do cancellation and just let us be, luckily we check and do cancellation ourselves before they charged us. The name included @ The curve, 1 Utama. When you click the map icon, it shows that it is in 1 Utama, which is different from the listed address. No respond on email and calls to confirm this. My choice was misled by this info. The actual location was some kms away from 1 Utama. No receptionist but a bangla jaga who addressed customer as awak.The room was 2 star.
