Kakatoo @ Ativo Plaza BSD — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Have not much choice restaurants in ativo plaza, this restaurant I've been few times. The staff service is slow. Order Set H, according the menu, finally the food come is dry koay teow actually order dry curry kolok mee. we feel different to our order and ask the malay waitress. She tell us this is what we order SET H. Until we double check the menu, 1 dishes with every single picture but accept 3 pictures is provided 2 option of dishes. Is very confusing... and easily overlooked. And we request the curry sauce from another waiter, at first we be informed need to extra charge . We don't mind to pay but feel very unsatisfied because at the end the waiter also find out the dishes is totally different from our order. Dry kolok mee become dry koay teow and even they dint apologise on this happened of course he didn'tchargeus the little curry sauce. Hope business owner can that it seriously, otherwise people will not come again. And the food tastes are so so only, we are here because...

This is our first visit. Me with my wife and 2 small kids enter into the restaurant. Before we enter there is no any staff at entrance and no one checking weather we got scan my Sejahtera or not. After we enter, The service staff said we need to sit separately which is 2 table. I told him we are one family and there is small kids. The service staff said is a rules. I saw a table outside there is 5 Adults sit in 1 table. Then I show him the table, how about them. He said they are one family. I told him I'm with family too and I have small kids. And I ask him why not you join the table. He keep saying cannot is a rules. Then he just walk away. I was shock,then I just get out from the restaurant. I hope the management look into it and please be fair to everyone and also please...

It was a late dinner for us (8pm) and it was a great experience.

Staff was obviously waiting to close up but they had the option to tell us they were closing instead if letting us order. Asked us to settle the bill when we were still waiting for 1 of our dish - lamb chop The lamb chop came (after we were asked to pay) when we were almost done with the rest of the food because they made the wrong dish. the staff clear our plates when we were still eating because again, they were rushing to close.

I really think the owner should look into service because I remember it was so much better last time. The food was average as well especially the chicken chop (sauce was...
