This Company catered for my mum’s 80th Birthday 5 years ago, just as the Covid pandemic restrictions were lifting- just decided to give my comments now after reading some of the comments here.
We dealt with the team in our pre Dinner planning preparations of a French 4-course dinner for 20 pax at my home located nearby, efficiently and seamlessly, including some last minute requests for a Vegetarian meal set inclusion. At the end of our Dinner, the Chef came out to chat with us at the dinner Tables. So excellent customer service.
The 1.5hour meal itself was memorable; beautiful looking and tasty dishes that rose to my expectations as a privately catered Birthday dinner, albeit smaller portions than I of course , would have liked, with main course choices of beef tenderloin in perigeux sauce or fish in orange butter sauce. But the star dish was dessert - melted red chocolate Lace cage disintegrating to reveal Raspberry sorbet, chocolate and fruit coulis, presented in front of each guests. When they ask for feedback, it’s clearly not because they care — I gave a polite, honest opinion and one of the owners (Natalie, I believe?) came over and publicly scolded me like I committed a crime. Unhinged behavior, completely unprofessional.
It’s laughable that someone running a business abroad thinks this kind of attitude is acceptable. If you don’t know how to behave with customers, maybe the hospitality industry isn’t for you. Being rude, aggressive, and unable to handle basic feedback isn’t a personality trait — it’s a problem.

Read more这家法国餐厅在吉隆坡的public里面,店名Nathalie's gourmet studio,在二楼,跟着地址也不算难找。店员挺热情的,给我推荐了别的客人点的最多的菜品,点完菜后店员先上了法式面包给我们填肚子。
开胃菜 这道菜开始是看着好看点的,下面是饼干,红色那层是番茄加蟹肉做成的冻,绿色那层是牛油果,最上面点缀的是鲟鱼子酱,虽然是冷的,配上牛油果和番茄冻却不会觉得腥腻,个人觉得说不上来好不好吃,是可以尝试的那一类。
