The Chicken Rice Shop Restaurant Sdn Bhd (HQ) — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

My husband and I came to your shop at Citi Square, JB, last night, 25 Oct 2017 expecting a good dinner as this is not my first visit. Very disappointed with your chicken rice soup, chicken fritters and kerabu mango.

Why?? Soup - so saltish Chicken fritters - the filling not properly fried as outside seems crisp. Kerabu mango - turns to be SUGAR kerabu mango, we can only taste the course sugars!!

I told your waiter who put on a red uniform as the supervisor who initially served us just sat one corner doing his own work.

With disappointment the waiter just replied that : the cook who prepared the food soup saltish because it is a veggie soup??? the kerabu mango taste like that cos we add sugar

Please train your worker to take a feedback from your value customers and not answering and explain what was the cause as I told him that we are giving a feedback so that the restaurant could look into the matter.

This will be my last visit to City Square location. I hope the management could have look into my feedback...

Hi TCRS. Recently we had our lunch at TCRS Restaurant in Mid Valley Shopping Mall. We ordered Family Set which served 3-4 family members and additional BBQ Chicken in Ala Carte. We were so surprised in the menu stated the Ala Carte portion as Large for price RM17.90 per plate for which we don’t even know that the portion of the BBQ Chicken is exactly the same size as in the Family Set which mentioned quarter size. So my concern is the price and the portion of the Ala Carte BBQ is not worth at all since we have to pay for RM17.90 for PALM SIZE chicken slice. And what is the difference between Large and Quarter since it’s really confused us as consumer. We felt so regret about this since we are TCRSregular customer for number of years and really hope TCRS management will look serious on...

KSL EXPLANADE : We’ve been here several times now since we are always nearby . However one thing that caught my attention was a staff in particular “HAFIZ” . He pretends not to see our table whenever we’re ready to order . We let this slide a few times but one day I got really frustrated . Panggil je dia buat tak nampak. Not even friendly at all.

Cleanliness when it comes to the outlet is a minus 1 . They love bringing the waste trolley to a table and park it there for sometime . Imagine eating beside it with flies all over ?? Makes me wanna not comeback and eat here at all !!!!
