Baristas here are very good. They don't ask you if you want anything else to order. You tell them what you want, they immediately prepare it. Leaves you hanging around the counter. You need to order other items but no one behind the counter cares. Finally, after a few minutes, the person that takes your order asks you for your good name on the paper cup. When you want to order other items, you will be asked to pay at the next counter. They then take your additional order and then gives you the bill. Here comes the best part. The second order arrived first. Again, without even notifying you that you need to wait for your first order (fresh brew coffee), they leave you waiting until you need to ask where is your first order. This is 10 minutes later. After that they tell you please wait. All this happening when they had 9 crew members behind the counter and only 2 persons ordered before me. Thank goodness I wasn't in a rush. But barista is not making the drink according to the customer sequence, he chose the cups to his liking. Saw him cast my order to another table and moved on with a late order (compared to mine). Until another barista came forth and ask me what's my order because I've been standing for 20 minutes.
