Had dinner here last Sat and love the ambience, service & interior so much! Majority staff are not locals but they're all well trained, very friendly, polite and best is they've mask on all the time!

We were greeted upon arrival & was given a nice table of our choice (I was early & had made reservations in advance)!

Beer for 10 (2 rounds of Edelweiss) RM160 for 10 glasses (not pint ya!) 10/10 Sichuan Mala Chicken Bites 10/10 (my most fav.dish, best to go with drinkies!) Shioyaki Wings (2 small pcs skewers) 5/10 (had frozen wing taste & portion is really small!) Fish & Chips 4/10 (fish is very soggy & soft, has no texture of fish meat, more like flour base fish but chunks of fries & side salad is good!) Classic Creamy Carbonara Pasta 10/10 (yummiest! love the creamy texture & flavour!) Signature Satay 6/10 (wish it's more caramelised & flavourful, satay sauce is good) Terra Wings 6/10 (it's deep fried wings coated with lots of seasoning so you can imagine how it'll taste like!) Customer Service 10/10 (read many bad review but I personally think they're all very polite, friendly & attentive!) Place 10/10 (it's good for family or friends gathering). Oh check out their toilet & private Karaoke rooms, it's so pretty! Music 9/10 (no Live music but DJ's choice of music is good, just that it gets a little too loud for dine-in place like this!"

Location: There's a staff in uniform who greeted me at the gate but I'm not sure if you come later at night; mostly likely get lost as there's no signage at the gate! Easy to get Grab here! Price: It wasn't cheap as each of us spent almost RM170 each for the above food & drinks (3 sharing!)

Great place for gathering. The camping setup is cool, high ceiling give the comfort of stay, clean washroom and superb lighting. The downside is the food a bit salty to our taste but it’s great to pair with white rice. Overall, great place, great services. Recommended to book table at least 1 day before your visit. Take note they closed on Sunday so reservation on Monday should be made before Sunday.

Editing my review as my second visit was being treated rudely. Understand that we need to make reservations, but the customer service is not responsive. They do not answer call and they don’t even bother to reply text. If you are making reservation a week earlier is fine but not an instant reservation for the next day.

We walked in as we are unable to reserve table, so we were given table for up to 7.30pm. Our ordered may not be significant but we are still have 2 unfinished bucket of beers, the waiter came and told us off. Understand our table availability is until 7.30pm but they should have checked if we are still staying and should try to arrange a place to move us. We were not pleased by the service and we moved over to the bar because we still have unfinished buckets of beers. When we walked towards the bar, we sensed that we were not welcomed by someone at the bar counter area (not sure if she is a boss or not cause the way she spoke to the waitress is rude).

Most likely this is my last visit as this place seems to welcome influencers more than any ordinary people who would spend. If you wish to drink happily, recommend to go elsewhere as the beers and alcoholic drinks are not really cheap and...

Bad service! Not child friendly! The environment is beautiful and comfortable, but I won't be coming to this place again from now on, don't come. Really don’t come! The arrangement of seats is really poor, very poor, very poor! Customers were allowed to wait for more than 2 and a half hours without being seated. It doesn’t matter, I was told in the end that the kitchen was closed and I could only order pizza and other selected food only😡

We waited so long mainly because we had children and could only get 6 tables in the Family Zone! The problem is, they also arrange for adults-only customers to sit in the family zone, occupying seats for those who come with children to dine. What is the arrangement? So those with children just keep waiting and waiting! There was another family with children, and they kept asking the waiter, who always answered us: I can't do anything. Children are not allowed to sit in that area because they can fight with pebbles😓 Is this the same for every child? Is this discriminating against every child? If late comers keep coming in, can they go in and eat first? What the hell arrangement? Won't come back to such a hellish place with bad service! Do you think that a family’s consumption will be low just because they brought their children to dine without drinking alcohol? wrong! Instead, parents will spend more on their children.
