Terrible and rude service from start to end. This will be the first and last time we're coming. The only polite service is the parking service.
Tried calling for reservation multiple times at 5pm++ and 6pm ++ but no pick up. Arrived at 7.30pm and asked for a table for 6 pax. The big guy askes if we had reservation and we said no and then he told us to go upstairs rudely. Didnt even looked at us when he pointed upstairs and then turned away from us. We also asked the big guy where the washroom was before going upstairs and he again rudely pointed outside (without looking at us or saying a thing). We had to ask the parking guy who politely told us it was to the right side of the entrance.
Ordered food at 8pm and was told to wait for 1 hour. We were fine to wait however the food came wrong and it was more than 2 hours for the whole table's food to arrived. We ordered twice. We ordered chicken chop and lamb chop on the 2nd order and the chicken chop arrived before the 1st order within 30 mins. But the 1st order took 1 to 2 hours.
When the bill came, we were rushed to bill the food and while the card was being charged, we noticed there were 1 extra chicken chop charged to the bill (2 chicken chop). We told the bill guy that we only ordered 1 chicken chop, he blamed us rudely and pointed fingers at us for not checking.
We asked if he could void the bill (it was charged few minutes only) but he said he couldnt not as he needed to explained to the manager tomorrow. So we asked him what he can do since we didnt order chicken chop and we only had 1 chicken chop (not 2). Another bill guy came and insisted to us that we ordered chicken chop on the 1st order as per the order paper. Again we explained that we only ordered 1 chicken chop on the 2nd order but the 2nd bill guy insisted and spoke over us that we ordered chicken chop on the 1st order and that we ordered 2 chicken chop and returned 1 chicken chop.
Never had I experience staff who spoke loudly to us and insist us on doing things we didnt do.
To the manager, may I suggest you to train the staff to repeat orders and print the ordered items to put on each table for easy checking. You may have a look and visit Wong Kok retaurant or Kim Gary restaurant on how they put a copy for easy checking. Staff can check from time to time if the food arrived and customer can check if the order is correct.
Thank you for your time. Hope the...

It was a cozy Friday with my friends, enjoying what it seems to be a relaxing night which turned into a miniature nightmare on our first half of mental repose.
As we browse the menu happily and signalled the Floor Crew for our orders; he told us "the kitchen is not ready to serve Thai food until the "X hour" but Western food can be prepared". My mind exploded trying to comprehend his explanation. "Hmm, are there like TWO kitchens running TWO different shifts?" as I pondered nonchalantly. Regardless we told the Crew to punch in our Thai food order so we can sit back and wait for the Thai kitchen to open at the "X hour".
Magically 20 minutes later, our food arrived... I was beyond speechless because it was not the "X hour" yet, and our neighboring table was as perplexed as I am. It could be they were told that Thai kitchen was closed and is only operational during the "X hour". Surprising.
What's more surprising is our plain white rice did not arrive together with the meal and the fire gel accompanying our meal was not lit. We told our concern to the Floor Crew but he was happily arrranging empty chairs and tables, and chatting with his colleague instead of promptly addressing our woes.
A complain was sounded through the use of wireless medium and we were greeted by a gentleman in matter of minutes. He attentively listened to our concern and apologies about the delay and confusion. Additionally he even offerred discounts but we politely declined the generosity as we are here to dine and hope our communication can improve the Tavern.
Overall the latter experience was joyful. Songs and cheers filled the Tavern. I must write my appreciaton to the gentleman for stepping up and doing his part of "listening to your customer". I failed to get his name but he is a young champ wearing glasses with a...
Read moreArrived about 6.30pm. Begin to order food and drinks. The waitress was taking all my orders down. Hoegaarden Rosé for friend and my wife. and Asahi for me. Ordered grilled chicken chop and my wife ordered pizza and my friend ordered pasta.
Few minutes later, waitress came back told us that Hoegaarden Rosé is not available anymore. So we ordered a few other drinks for my wife and friend. Apparently, the only other drink that was available that my wife and my friend like is Somersby apple cider. It's a fourth choice of drinks.
Then another two minutes in. The waitress came back and told me all western food was not available. I look at my watch again, it's only 6:45pm and not 9:30pm or something like that.
It's a Sunday night, Father's day and also apparently all the Western food is not available. Only a few things such as Fish and Chips. No burgers. No grilled chicken, not any of those things that I like. Again, I had to choose my fourth choice of food.
When the food came, it was alright, but I find it a bit small for me. I want to order a sandwich. Guess what, they don't have sandwiches either. Not available. To this point, I didn't even bother asking what else is available and didn't even want to ask if dessert is available.
I just pay whatever we had. Then leave to another place for dessert and some other snacks.
I left about 7.30pm.
On the whole, wasn't a good experience at all. Don't think I want to come back. Food was 'okay' and drinks, yes, were affordable but only if they have...
