🍲Lamb Stew (RM48, small)

Oo…I really loved this! The broth was so aromatic, rich and heartwarming 🥰 At first sip, it really reminded me of “sup kambing” that my grandma used to order at mamaks and I’d always steal a few sips from her ☺️

The small portion easily fits 2 pax and it came with generous amount of succulent lamb, fried bean curd skin, enoki mushrooms and fried tofu puffs 😋

🍲Fragrant Spicy Lamb Stew (RM58, small)

This mala (spicy) version was also nothing short of delicious. I like that the spiciness is very bearable unlike most mala broths that just kills you at first few sips 🥵. This one was really enjoyable with just the right level of spiciness to add oomph to the experience 😋 Once again, generous lamb meat, fried bean curd skin, enoki mushrooms and fried tofu puffs!

They also offer many sides that you can add to your stew and have it like a steamboat style. Prices are on per plate basis. Extra broth is also given for you to add into the stew once it thickens.

The owner apparently misses his HK days where he’d gather with friends over lamb stew and drinks which led him to venture into this biz ☺️ This is honestly such a perfect meal for a chilly day. A hot stew that warms the body and soul 🥰 Their speciality is definitely the lamb stew but they also have herbal chicken soup in claypot and are in the process of coming up with other varieties of soup/stew so stay tuned!

🔹: Non halal

Just visited this restaurant to be served the worse service. Before anything I would like to state that I am sort of a veteran in the unlimited refil food packages.

We arrived and yes can really eat, we had total of 8 plates of meat. Before we left, I checked and double check if there was any wastages . Then I proceed to the counter and pay.

After I left, I think the manager/ owner chased out and called after me, sort of a rude scream . I replied “yes?” He said that I ordered too much and they do charge for wastage. I said ok. But I am positive i checked before I left. I followed him back to the shop .

He had to scoop 2 times before he could even find signs of meat slices. And bear in mind those are the meat slices that broke off the main meat slice, the cebis-cebis! I straight took chopsticks and a plate to pick all the “cebis” up. After i am done, it didn’t even seem there was close to 20-30 grams of “cebis meat”. I finished the meat ya guys. I hate to waste food also.

In conclusion the guy/manager/owner was just furious we had a little too much although we stop ordering at 40 minute /60 minute provided. We only ordered one type of meat per plate every time we place an order.

If you are so not steady, I recommend not to do unlimited refills. I call out to all “unlimited refills/buffet” lovers, STAY AWAY! Stay united and boycott these “unlimited refills wanna be” shops. I WILL NOT...

Great place to enjoy Lamb Claypot steamboat. They have 2 different types for each Lamb and Chicken, total of 4 different pots to choose from. They have 2 different sizes for Lamb claypot but only 1 size for Chicken claypot.

Besides that, they have plenty selections of side dishes that to come with the Lamb / Chicken claypot, such as Lamb slices, Pork slices, Chicken slices, Different kind of vegetables, Soy base dishes, Meat balls, etc. Lamb, Pork, Chicken slices are complimentary and free refill for the 1st hour on certain days.

Overall, the food here is delicious and tasty. The broth will be slightly diluted after adding additional broth into it, but still taste great. Food portion is huge, and price is rather reasonable. They have several beverages selections as well.

The restaurant has simple but warm interior design. Not many decorations but suits the style here. The place is clean, well maintained and organized. Relaxing and warm ambient. There are plenty of tables in varies sizes, mainly indoors. There are 2 tables outdoor just at the restaurant corridor, with open air concept.

Staffs were friendly, helpful, kind and polite. They are quite attentive to customers and their service was quick. The lady boss here is very customer oriented where she will inform her staffs to put the hotpot slightly further from customers as it...

Initially gave 5 star review, for free dessert Changed my review to give my honest opinion Ordered lamb pot (rm78) and spicy chicken pot (rm58) buffet 1) lamb pot - soup was very thick and oily as u would expect from a lamb soup. but tasted very bland. tasted kinda gross by the end of our meal 2) spicy chicken pot - initially tasted very good, got even better when it dried up and thicken(somewhat like dried bak kut teh), when we requested for soup refill, they added a plain chicken soup that didnt taste at all like the initial soup, it became very watery and bland Overall: Price was decent, suggest not to order lamb pot, wouldnt be worth it at all if not for the buffet
