I have been spending with HHC the last decade when its open in Desa Petaling, its a brand i can trust and I always feel at least its better class as to compare with the other "town" in the coziness of setup, then later you grow to many outlets since then. I have dine in PJ, KLIA2 and some others
I travel a lot, lately 2 years, i been eating in KLIA, and now i shifted to Damansara Perdana, and now at HHC Empire D, tell you what, the service you provide is hyper-bad, no one cares about you comfortable or not, service is rough, they closed thier ears, put the food and turned away, just a short distance, I called them loudly also they also ignored you. KLIA2 the same..............
Why no supervisor or Manager? I once talked to a Operation Manager in Desa Petaling, her attitude towards her professionalism also to me is "Vomiting", just my advise, you should rebrading in the area of providing a more trained staffs.
And, stop revising your price and charge for plain water if we have already ordered coffee, it make your food unworthy for price, too...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time here and had to work from my laptop here. The place has tables with power points so I decided to camp here and work.
Ordered kway teow but unfortunately the noodles didnāt have wok hey. It was quite bland and disappointing, think they used sweet soy instead of salty soy sauce too. For the price paid and the taste of the food, Iād never order it again from this branch.
Ambiance is nice, music isnāt loud enough to interrupt conversations or work. The place is quite nice actually, tastefully designed. Good place to have business meets or sales pitches.
The only plus for this shop - based on this particular visit, was the fact that it has aircond and you can work on your laptop with available power points. Food is decent and Iād come again whenever Iām nearby and in need of a place to work from.
Parking can be quite challenging tho, itās located in a block of shop lots. Thereās an open space car park at the back of it, charging...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI decided to try this restaurant after noticing its website mentioned halal certification, though I couldn't find the logo displayed anywhere at the venueāperhaps a deliberate marketing strategy.
That said, the food here did not disappoint. The portions were generous, and the flavors were on point. While the prices are slightly higher than average, they seem to cater to the upper-middle class (higher M40 segment).
The ambience is where this place truly shines. It's warm and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I ended up staying for nearly four hours, finishing my work comfortably without feeling rushed or pressured to vacate my seatāa testament to its family-friendly vibe. Time seems to slow down here, allowing diners to savor both their meals and the moment.
For those looking for a spot that balances great food with a calming environment, this restaurant is...
