Salute to Fauziah who explained & demonstration to us about Drip Brew Coffee. We enjoy it! Plus she was alone on floor, while one more with white shirt too in bar. She perform all alone, send menu, taking order, send beverage & meals too. Gosh!.... It's superb. Non stop say sorry for delaying, but it's okay for us. We understand the situation.
Just one thing i want to highlight is, your music volume is too loud for us. Even customer next to us also did the same comment. Don't your management have your standards volume should been play? We want to seat & relax while enjoy our meals after brainstorm. Mostly few tables i found that their have some discussion too. Your restaurant is established chains, even mamak or tomyam shop not play music as loud as you play today. So please raise your standard Padi!
Last but not least, to lady who dress in green polo shirts please improve your leadership. Don't scolded your teams in public. Their have pride too. You just imagine, what you feel if your boss scolded you in...
Read moreI’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service and food at this branch. When we entered the restaurant around 7pm, it was empty, which was surprising. We placed our orders clearly — even pointing to each item in the menu, including the lamb chop — and the waiter acknowledged everything.
However, after waiting nearly 30 minutes, we were told the lamb chop was never keyed in. Instead of apologizing, the waiter argued with us and even raised his voice at my mother, accusing her of not ordering it in the first place. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
To make things worse, the food we did receive was disappointing. The beef ginger lacked any real ginger flavor — it tasted mostly like soy sauce. The fried tom yam rice didn’t have any tom yam taste, more like plain Chinese-style fried rice. Even the kids’ spaghetti bolognese was overly salty.
To the branch manager: please take immediate action to improve both your staff’s attitude and the overall food...

Then another man claimed to be in charged ( as manager on duty was not around)came to my table and asked abt the prob. I explained and informed him that I would like the order to be delivered together for my turn as it is not an additional new order. He said ok. But then 2 tables with more than 6 people got their orders before me. When I ask the person in charged why , he simply said because they ordered western. Stupid lie ..!! One of the tables is just beside my table and another was in front of mine. I saw what they got and one of it is the cantonese kuey teow I myself ordered.PLEASE LAH... bad service then lying to the customer. I left without eating and called the manager on duty and upon investigation admitted her staff mistake and apologise. In future please train...
