One of many well designed buildings on Putrajaya. Housing a few Government departments including JPJ and DCA among others. In its early days of completion you'd be able to park in the basement levels but these days as in other buildings in Putrajaya, you'd have to park in the open outside the building. Unless of course you're attached with one the departments of the building.
Anyway the building is reasonably quite well maintained over the years. The condition of the public toilet on the ground floor (my "KPI" for buildings) is good plus other general amenities.
There are a few restaurants, shops and small business operations on the ground floor which are still in business and well maintained. An old favourite restaurant, Al Dente has however closed down post COVID.

Read moreI get my license renewed here. Ramai yg confused and went to MOT for their transport license matter. Its actually in this building. Loved how efficient the queue number system is. Make sure dah install JPJeq apps to get your queue number and once installed, go inside the office to scan the qr code then you'll get your number. I can sit and enjoy my morning coffee at the restaurant nearby without any worry abt my turn because you can check it thru the JPJeq apps on your phone.
Friendly gov staff not like the typical staff with stern face. They are so smiley and attentive too! kudos for their services.
Alot of cafes nearby if you worry about not getting breakfast or lunch, they got mamak style cafe and subway outlet just next to jpj counter, padi house right at the entrance too.

If you wanna do transaction here, please install jpjeq app so that u can come here and directly scan a QR code to get queuing number. The good thing about the app is it notifies you 3 numbers prior to yours so you can get ready. If not mistaken, daily 400 numbers.
Ah the place. The place has a Padi House (cafe), Subway, a mini Market and a boutique. I am sure there are others, I didn't go explore.
Back to JPJ. After u get your number (in the app) u can go wait somewhere - most people wait around the lobby area. Well-ventilated, spacious so no need to worry. Just keep you mask on, and if you need a breather can always go to the entrance, side entrance (but some people go to smoke there too). My wait was about 2 hours. Counter transaction took less...
