With some reason I need to take care my 1 year old daughter. So after an hour of walk from all the list which I can choose for dining together with my daughter I finally made a truly regret disicion to Black Canyon. A friendly fake smile warm welcome guide me to a single table with both chair face to face. I was stun and shock ask.the waitress again I need to help and feed my child because she dint know how to eat by her own yet. Then the waitress point me a dark corner sit said that your let option... I take a look around there few more suitable table why I can't sit there. So that the waitress explain that table can't earn 4 ppl money and you just 1 adult and 1 child. Hard to cover the cost if u occupied the table. Well that explain a lot why a peak weekend all the restaurant are full only left black Canyon still have some table empty. And on that how the waitress treat us the couple just beside me also shock. I will not come to Black Canyon again and you own me an apologize. I will keep updating your rating in any platforms I use. To all black Canyon are not a place for family especially single dad and mum. For couple I think you can get more better place that this...
Read moreHad lunch here, and while I’ve tried the food at other branches before, what truly stood out here was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout. What impressed me most was their honesty and helpfulness. I accidentally left my bank card behind, and they went out of their way to keep it safe and return it to me. That level of integrity and care is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to the team . And you made my day and turned a small mistake into a reminder that great service still exists.
They were genuinely warm, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. They were quick, polite, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. It’s rare to find such consistent and sincere hospitality and for that alone, this branch deserves a shoutout. Truly a pleasant dining experience thanks to the...
Read morePhat kaphrao (Thai: ผัดกะเพรา, pronounced [pʰàt kā. pʰrāw]; transl. stir-fried holy basil), also spelled pad krapow, kaprao, is one of the most popular Thai à la carte dishes. Phat kaphrao. A plate of Phat kaphrao mu krop with rice. Now I have ordered this dish and they said I gotta buy the rice separately. Such a scam!! Why would you want to even qualify it as Phat Kaphrao. Changing a dish originality by removing the rice don't even qualify it to be called as the dish name. I'll give an example, would you sell Nasi Lemak without Cucumber and Anchovies and say that you have to purchase it separately. I hope the management look in to this and remain the originality of any dish by not making customers purchasing for additional for something that comes with the dish as how it's supposed to be eaten. Ordered via Grab / Profile Name : Madonna / time of Order: 5pm -...
