I bought asam laksa and curry laksa on 6 March 2024 at 6.42pm from your branch in Alamanda (take away, receipt number ACL-ALM-01/76631). Firstly, they made me wait for almost 30 minutes for my order to be done. Then I asked one of your employee (didn't see the nametag, but she was overweight) about my order, and she just grabbed my order from behind the counter. When I asked her why did it took awhile, she didn't respond and just rolled her eyes, with no explanation nor apologies to me. To make matters worst, when I arrived at home and about to eat, I found out that my asam laksa has no gravy that should came along with the packaging. As an OKU person walking assisted with a cane, this really makes me really mad and I couldn't afford to go back to the outlet to get the gravy so I could eat in peace. Read moreProbably one of the worst branch i’ve been to. I’ve been here twice. Today was the second time i went there at 11.15 am. Service is very slow. Cashier not available to take orders. The workers are just very slow. They have the the breakfast set, but they told me egg wasnt available. Then i asked why isnt it available, then she sarcastically told me, it’s not available past 1 week. And fine, i ordered, and gave cash. And the cashier rudely said “bayar pakai card, kita takde change” So disappointing that i left immediately.

Sadly the Ah Cheng laksa outlet in Dpulze Cyberjaya has closed down so i had to come to Alamanda. The drinks unfortunately are nothing to shout about but the Assam laksa, rojak buah and friend banana is just awesome and a must whenever I come here.
