DubuYo @ Alamanda Putrajaya — Restaurant in Putrajaya

How can i start this comment? I went there with my partner during at night to geta lovely dinner, usually we will wait for get help to get to our table but no one shows up, all i could see there's only one waiter/cashier who running around the restaurant taking customer order and one runner who served the food to customer's table. Oh well, we just went in and choose a place to sit. Then the waiter/cashier rudely I believed said "Ni meja untuk satu orang, banyak lagi kan tempat kosong" and he repeated twice

Okay mister, dang... we laughed it out and sit elsewhere, when the time we get ordered, the waiter/cashier seems a bit rushed and unsincerely taking our order (by judging his manner) mind you that I'm very hungry and I want to order more food but he sounded so rush "....tu je?" but when i still havent managed to tell my complete order, he went away fast. URgh. Geramnya!

The food is bland, like super bland for the Soondubu Jiggie, the banchan (side dish) are okay except for the spanish, masyaAllah over MSG masin!! salty! The soy garlic chicken, the egg, I dont know how they cook it?? How can you mess up fried egg? (See in the picture) Taste wise, one star but due to hungry, we finish it all... No greeting, no smiling, maybe Dubuyo Putrajaya should hire more staff (table service) as I only saw 2 men running around the restaurant and the result of it, got a very rude/unwelcoming vibe from the staff there

finally, i wont come here ever again. Thank you...

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred at your Alamanda Putrajaya outlet. On 1st May 2025/time 2.30pm, my wife approached your staff member, Aiman, to ask where we should place our order. Unfortunately, his response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive, leaving us feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

As regular customers, we were deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of basic courtesy compelled us to leave without ordering, as we believe no patron should be treated this way.

While we understand that busy environments can be stressful, professionalism should never be compromised. We kindly urge you to address this issue with your team to prevent other customers from facing similar treatment.

We would appreciate an acknowledgment of this feedback and any measures you plan to take to improve service standards. Thank you for your attention to...
