Ordered sushi from grab for dinner and they delivered some stale sushi, threw the rest away and decided not to follow up but today I have constant increasing stomach pains and diarrhoea constantly. This has affected my performance and my mood today. I still have work to finish and don’t have the luxury to take MC as I need to finish task with a deadline soon.
Went to clinic to get meds and letter/mc as proof. Beware if you’re using grab delivery for sushi items from this branch.
Please train your workers NOT to put stale sushi to grab delivery customers. We are still customers and this is food safety. I have a strong stomach and I can easily say if a child ate this they would probably end up in hospital for food poisoning.

We waited and waited and asked twice to check the order until we were told that some items in the dish were not available. When we asked why was this not communicated earlier, the waiter apologized halfheartedly and mentioned that the kitchen staff is new. Not an excuse because it is basic common sense to inform customers if item is not available instead of making us wait. We left hangry (hungry and angry). First, it was very hard to find the new location — no clear signs or directions to guide customers. Once inside, it got worse: the place was full of flies everywhere, making it feel more like a wet market than a restaurant.
On top of that, the tables and chairs were sticky and clearly hadn’t been wiped clean, which was very unhygienic.
To make things worse, they didn’t accept credit cards because their system was down. Although they did have a sign to inform customers, it was still very inconvenient and frustrating.
In the end, we left without eating because the flies and poor cleanliness were unacceptable.
