If you’re looking for an authentic Middle Eastern dessert experience, D’Kunafa Cafe is an absolute gem in Putrajaya’s Shaftsbury Mall! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the staff and the owner, who made us feel like family. It’s not just a cafe; it’s a place filled with passion for desserts and excellent service.

We had the pleasure of trying a variety of their delightful offerings:

Kunafa Kishneh With Cream: This was heavenly! The rich cream filling balanced perfectly with the crispy, golden kunafa strands, making every bite a perfect blend of texture and flavor.

Kunafa Kishneh Pistachio: A must-try for pistachio lovers! The generous topping of fresh pistachios added a delightful nutty flavor that elevated the traditional kunafa to a whole new level.

Dubai Chocolate (a new addition): This was an exciting surprise! The chocolate twist brought a modern flair to their menu, and it didn’t disappoint. It was indulgent, smooth, and every chocolate lover’s dream.

Kunafa Halawet El Jibn: An absolute classic! The soft, cheesy base combined with sweet syrup was a nostalgic treat that transported us straight to the streets of the Middle East.

The desserts were not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious, made with high-quality ingredients that truly stood out.

A special mention goes to the staff and the owner, whose attention to detail and genuine care for their customers made our visit even more memorable. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to recommend items ensured that we got the best experience possible.

If you’re in Putrajaya or anywhere nearby, D’Kunafa Cafe is a place you simply cannot miss. It’s perfect for dessert lovers, families, and anyone seeking a sweet escape into Middle Eastern delicacies. We’ll definitely be...

If you don’t care about service go to this place. I waited 20 mins to be able to order a coffee and cake and nobody showed up to take the order. There were only 3 tables and 5 employees but they were more focus on their mobiles than taking orders. There was only one lady which were really working behind the bar, others were just focus on their phones. I decided to left to have my coffee and cake downstairs at Starbucks. I mentioned to the staff that I was leaving because after 20 mins nobody took my order and they didn’t care. I think the motivation of the employees is really low that they don’t care at all about the business that pays...

We ordered the burger and chicken chop. The price is reasonable ie between RM19-RM23 per meal depending what you choose.

I liked the burger and my daughter liked the chicken chop.

We love their cheese kunafa, nutella kunafa as well as the Magnum Dubai ice-cream. They have so many choices for kunafa thst you would definitely want to try them all.

The perfect balance of crispy, sweet and cheesy/chocolatey. We even like it better than the ones we had overseas in the Middle East.

The ice-cream is a real treat, dark chocolate outer layer, chocolate ice cream and a layer of kunafa. It could possibly be the first in Malaysia.

Highly...
