Burger King Alamanda — Restaurant in Putrajaya

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Burger King Alamanda today.

I wanted to buy the Jr King Meal (with Naruto toys) but the cashier told me it was out of stock (OOS). I just ordered ala carte meals instead. While waiting the meals, 1 customer asked about the toys and pointed out they were actually still available.

When I asked to revise my order, the cashier asked me to make a new order instead. Only after I insisted did they remove the OOS signage and the Assistant Manager revised my order.

Why claim it’s OOS when the toys are clearly still there? This shows a lack of transparency and integrity among the staff. I felt really frustrated that my first order was processed without being told the truth.

Sorry Burger King Alamanda, but I can only give 1 star ⭐ for the service today. I hope you will improve your honesty and customer service...

Worst service ever. Today around 2.30pm, me and my friend waited for 10 minutes at the counter, waited to be served (to take order). There was a young lady at the counter but she was packing the GF@FP order. It would be nice to at least have courtesy to inform us that we will be served shortly after she finished doing that. Sadly, she just stared at us, and back to doing the same thing, ignored us like we were not there. After 10 minutes of 'silent treatment', we went off, and she's still in her 'own world', doing the same business. Sigh. Shame on you, adik counter Burger King Alamanda. Please Burger King, do teach your staff some PR skills, especially to those serving...

There always seem to be some ingredients and items missing from its menu ... and the strange thing is, it's not only at this Burger King outlet: every one I went has the same problem.

It was the mushrooms that went "out of stock" this time here, which means any menu item with mushrooms as an ingredient is not available ... including their main promo burgers and standard-menu Swiss Mushroom.

And sundae cone wrapping. Yes, they ran out of that lil bit of paper that goes around the bottom of cones where you hold your sundae....
