First time having quick lunch before check in,and good service.Our food was delicious and fresh hot and spicy.It is just the sitting area are limited and a bit crowded.

Understaffed and extremely slow. Waited more than half an hour for a simple order. Many other customers also waited a long time for theirs. This is an airport where people have flights to catch. Do not eat here if you want a quick bite before your flight. Also, many items were missing in the menu although they were advertised for sale. I do not blame the staff but the terrible management.

Food was great. Chicken was really crispy and tender. Ordered 2 sets of the same thing but the burger we got were different. 1 came with cheese and vegetables, the other didn’t. Also, the self-ordering kiosks didn’t have burger options so we had to go to the counter to order the burger. They weren’t aware when we told them. As such, we hold up quite a long queue because of this.

Not sure why it turns out to be take away because I use the self-service kiosk. Limited choices of food in the morning at 7. Maybe that's why there are not too many people. But the taste of porridge and chicken is ok, not too deep fried. The Teh Terik was a bit bland with too much sugar.

Chicken is up to par, but the flies are bad! Something should be done. Shameful for an international airport. Service speed can also be improved.
