Literally the worst Old Town White Coffee branch I've ever been to.
They have very limited printed menus that ours was taken from us so that people who had just arrived could have a see as well even though we were not done yet.
The menu was very limited and even then, most items are not available. No fried wonton, no prawns, no wonton mee, etc etc. It was not indicated in the menu nor that it was mentioned to us when we were given the menu for order. Alot of back and forth needed from the counter for ordering and our table because at the end of the day, almost everything was not available but there was no effort in mentioning it to us earlier. Really wasting our time.
The 2 male staff behind the counter making drinks, etc were very rude! Making remarks about customers and laughing out loud. Not professional at all and has zero respect to customers. That was our last straw and we ended up leaving the place.
Please improve the terrible service and do something about the horrible attitude of the...

I ordered the Chocolate Freezy, which was cold, creamy, and topped with chocolate chips — sweet and refreshing, perfect for a hot Sabah morning. The peanut butter toast was simple but satisfying — nicely toasted, not too dry, and the peanut butter was rich without being overwhelming.
Service was okay — not too slow, not particularly fast either. Staff seemed focused but polite.
✅ Pros: • Convenient location right at the airport • Chill ambience, comfortable for waiting • Chocolate Freezy was well-made • Toast came out warm and crispy
❌ Cons: • Prices slightly above average (as expected at airports) • Limited food options during peak times

⭐ Overall: A decent airport café to relax with classic Malaysian toast and drinks. Worth a quick stop if you’re early for your flight and need a cool drink or...
Read moreHad a great meal at OldTown White Coffee at KKIA! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. Perfect for a relaxing stop before a flight. I ordered the BBQ Chicken with Rice topped with a beautiful sunny-side-up egg, and fresh cucumber and tomato slices on the side. Super satisfying!
The Curry Mee were flavorful and rich, with a creamy broth and generous toppings like tofu puffs and tender chicken slices. The real nostalgic touch was the classic butter toast with kaya. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a generous spread of butter and kaya.
We paired everything with Hazelnut Coffee and Honey Lemon Drink, both refreshing and just what we needed in the warm KK weather. The drinks were cold, strong, and balanced.
A big shoutout to Nurul Tasya, one of the staff members who served us. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re flying through KKIA and looking for good food with even...
